Description: This 39 year-old-female wanted to correct the unevenness of her breasts. She had placement of bilateral breast implants with lifting of the breasts at the same time. Minor adjustments of size of the breast tissue volume was also done at the same time.

Description: This 34 year-old-female was unhappy about the difference between her breasts. She wanted to look more equal and also a bit larger. We performed an operation to lift and enlarge the breasts. We removed some tissue from the larger breast to make the volume of breast tissue almost comparable to the smaller side. Equal sized implants were placed on both sides.

Description: A 23 year old female with moderate asymmetry of the breast. She underwent breast augmentation with a minor adjustment of the right nipple.

Description: A 24-year-old female who had significant breast asymmetry and tuberous deformity of the breast (constricting tissue in the breast causing tightness of the fold under the breast). This problem was corrected by placing implants in the breasts and lifting the nipple through a short scar (vertical mastopexy) technique.

Description: This 26 year-old-female had unequal breasts. She wanted to make them look more symmetrical and less sagging. We did a breast lift and augmentation on one side, a breast reduction and implant placement on the other side.

Description: This 37 year-old-female had a breast augmentation many years ago. She developed capsular contracture (scar tissue formation around the implant). One of her breast became much harder and changed its shape. She wanted to correct this problem. We did bilateral implant exchange and capsulectomy (cutting out of scar tissue).
