Description: 35 year old who underwent submuscular breast augmentation using 375cc textured anatomical saline implants. Initial cup size A, final cup size C. Long-term follow-up over 1 year after surgery shows the settling of the implant in a more natural shape. The softness of the implants can be appreciated as the patient compresses her breast implants. The picture of the scars shows a typical scar of the inframammary fold when it is healed about 1 year after surgery.
