Description: A 27 year old who had previously had rhinoplasty with another surgeon noticed that the cartilage grafts that were placed in the tip of her nose were pushing through the skin and becoming visible. She also did not like the overall shape of her nose and wanted to get some improvement in the shape. She had a secondary rhinoplasty (revisional operation of the nose) in order to remove the visible cartilages and to reshape the nose.
