Description: This 59 year old female had weakness of the abdominal musculature for many years. She underwent Abdominoplasty and had tightening of the abdominal wall muscles. She has history of COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and for this reason the abdomen could not be tightened any more than what was safe. She had undergone breast reduction before and the scars were improved during this operation.
