Description: A 35 year old underwent breast augmentation placing the upper part of implant under the muscle and the lower part directly under the breast tissue. Smooth saline implants were used. These photographs were taken less than 1 month after surgery. The fullness of the breasts in the top will settle in 2 ?3 months and the breast assumes a more natural shape.
