Roya Marefat, Ph.D.

Roya has been working at Metropolitan Plastic Surgery since 1992. She manages the Arlington office. Among her responsibilities are financial management, patient billing, and determination of costs related to cosmetic surgery. Her caring and personal approach to patient care is a source of comfort to our patients. In addition to her years of experience working in the medical field, Roya is a scholar of Islamic art and architecture.    

Barbara Hagerty

Barbara has worked at Metropolitan Plastic Surgery since 1993. She is our patient-care coordinator and the manager of the Woodbridge office. Her caring personality, combined with the individual attention she gives to our patients, makes her loved by all. She will do everything she can to make your experience with us pleasant. Barbara is very knowledgeable in all aspects of plastic surgery and can answer any questions you might have about your operation.
